These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pipelinelite.com and the Pipeline Lite done-for-you B2B email prospecting service (the "Service"), operated by AJF Financial Group LLC ("AJF Financial Group," "we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Pipeline Lite is a done-for-you B2B email prospecting service. On your behalf, we identify prospects in your selected market, send email outreach sequences, use an AI assistant ("Sandy") to handle replies and qualification, and book qualified calls directly onto the connected calendar. You are responsible for conducting the sales call and closing the business — the Service does not sell insurance, financial products, or any other product or service on your behalf.
We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, conversions, revenue, or return on investment. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, offer, follow-through, and industry conditions. Any figures discussed with you verbally or in marketing materials are illustrative only and are not a promise of results for your business.
The Service is billed through our payment processor, Stripe, on the cadence and at the price presented to you at signup. The current base offer is a $97 first two-week sprint followed by $297 recurring billing every two weeks unless you cancel. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the agreed schedule until you cancel. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
You may cancel a recurring plan at any time before your next billing cycle by contacting support@hiresandybeach.com. Cancellation stops future charges; we do not provide refunds for the current billing cycle already in progress except as required by law or as we otherwise agree in writing.
By providing your phone number and/or email address, you consent to receive account, onboarding, and service-related calls, text messages, prerecorded/automated voice messages, and emails from us, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CAN-SPAM Act. Consent to receive these communications is not a condition of purchasing the Service. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including Sandy, our email sequences, software, and site content, is owned by AJF Financial Group LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own business during your subscription term.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS OUTCOME WILL RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AJF FINANCIAL GROUP LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 2 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
